2inspire Skills Training is a South African company specializing in training solutions for Food and Wholesale Retail Industries. It focuses on providing training for Butchery and Bakery companies. 2inspire concentrates on guiding companies through skills training programmes to improve and establish scarce skills for their employees.

Our Learnership and Skills Training Programmes are available in all major city centres in South Africa and Botswana.

Our Achievements

We have, since 2007 successfully trained learners in the Butchery industries in the Western Cape.  Training was also provided during that period to learners who participated in skills programmes tailored for SME (Small & Medium Sized Enterprises).

Since 2012 we have expanded nationally, We have successfully trained more than a 100 learners in Butchery in the Gauteng (North Rand & South Rand), Limpopo (Polokwane, Thohoyandou), Western Cape and KZN areas during the 2012-2013 period.

During 2014-2015, we have trained 66 learners in the Mpumalanga, Western Cape and Eastern Cape areas have received their National Certificates in Butchery and Bakery Learnership programmes.

During 2015-2016 a number of 30 learners graduated in a Butchery Learnership programme in Botswana. Twenty learners from a shipping company in Mosselbay have also completed Bakery skills programmes in the Western Cape during that period.

During 2017, 30 proud learners from Botswana have graduated and received their Learnership certificates in Butchery and Bakery. These learners come as far as Kasane in the north and Maun in the west. 30 more learners from Botswana are currently enrolled for the 2018-2019 period.

The Butchery and Bakery qualifications are FoodBevSeta qualifications and are funded by respective Setas. Private learners have a separate arrangement with our company.

Effectiveness Through Quality

2inspire uses a personalised approach, where practical on-site training is combined with theory classes in fully equipped training centres. The effectiveness of the 2inspire method is assured by the quality of its people. All its facilitators, assessors and moderators are experts in their field and are committed to quality training. 2inspire provides administration support to companies. This includes assistance with the completion of grant applications for clients, the submission of grant applications to the various Setas and regular submission of results to the Setas. 2inspire prides itself in the continuous communication with and support to learners and its clients.

1. Who can take part in and benefit from the training?

All companies in the Fresh Meat, Bakery, Wholesale and Retail and Food and Beverage industries can participate and benefit from free training for their employees.

2. Who pays for my training?

All training is fully funded by relevant Setas.

3. How do I apply?

A company completes an application form and 2inspire, as part of its service, will apply on their behalf to the Seta.

4. Do I get a certificate?

Learners who participate in Learnership programmes will be awarded a National Certificate from FOODBEVSETA. Learners who participate in a skills programme will receive acknowledgment documentation from FOODBEVSETA stating their achieved credits.

5. Where is the training held?

Training venues are centrally located and close to transport routes and infrastructure in all major cities. Each centre is fully equipped and adheres to the highest training standards.
